How long are sessions, and how often do we meet?
Intakes and standard sessions are 55 minutes. We can discuss frequency when we meet. Typically we recommend weekly sessions to start, in order to build therapeutic rapport and build a solid foundation more quickly. However, this is not required, and we understand not everyone can (or wants!) to meet for therapy that often, whether there are time, financial, or other limitations.

Do we meet in person or virtually?
That depends! We recommend meeting for in person sessions to start while developing the therapeutic relationship. However, telehealth is wonderful for flexibility, and we can meet virtually if that works better for you.
